Singapore Airlines (SIA), Singapore’s premiere airline is well known to promise its customers “A great way to fly”. A key ingredient to achieve this is a seamless passenger experience covering ground-air-ground, infused with SIA’s signature Asian hospitality at each touchpoint. We designed the new SliverKris lounge experience as equal parts pilot example and a living, breathing prototype for the concept of home.
The "journey home" was the culmination of a two-year-long endeavour that comprised workshops, interviews, observations and prototyping sessions with passengers, thought leaders and senior staff from Singapore Airlines. Pushing the boundaries of design, participants were taken out of their normal environment to experience and give feedback on all points that would create a globally iconic environment overseen by perfect hosts.
